People like to tell you ‘they grow so fast’ and to make time to take it all in but as a Parent of two, I know how hard it can feel trying to be present whilst juggling everything else that comes with family life.

As a newborn there may be lots of opportunities to capture their milestones on your mobile phone, from fun photos to little video clips, they are there to access at any time when you want to be taken back to a moment.

Despite my children being so young still, it feels odd thinking she was as tiny as baby Freiya above. Even Freiya looks so grown up comparing her Newborn photos and video to the end of the year!

Being able to look back makes me realise how precious it is to be able to look back at those early years so easily through our printed photos, photobooks and video.

Physical copies that actually get enjoyed, unlike the millions of clips stored on our phones!

I know the value will only increase and those memories will become even more treasured as the years go on…

We’ll work together to loosely plan a schedule over the year and figure out what milestones and moments would be the most important for you to capture.

As a Mum I know children don’t follow to a schedule and learn and develop in their own pace so that added flexibility is there to help you too!

These family sessions are totally fluid and flexible, should the little one start walking earlier, you decide to move home or an extended family catch up or holiday is planned, then we can tweak as we go.

Parenthood In Film – Family Videography

With every Love Gets Sweeter family photoshoot session you also get moments captured in video too.

Whilst discreetly photographing your family life I also hit record sometimes, capturing some moments in video (with audio. I then expertly edit these together to give you a unique and precious gift of your very own family video.

For your ‘Sweetest Year’ I can even create one longer video combining the full year so you have your very own family video heirloom to share with family and friends for years to come.

Something a little polished than a traditional home movie but will still go on to be treasured for years to come as you watch it back to see and hear how life was ‘back then’.

A moving image complete with audio to take you right back to this very moment of family life and how it really sounds.
