Lancashire Wedding Videography

Capturing natural and fun moments for couples who don’t want to worry about being filmed on their wedding day

Imagine having a wedding videographer who is as excited as you are about capturing those natural, candid moments? Not just of you both but of all your family and friends too…?
Someone who’s eager to capture all those genuine moments during your wedding day in such a friendly and discreet way that despite feeling so nervous about being in front of the camera you’re left feeling like you’re not being filmed at all.

I know it’s hard to even imagine as I had exactly the same worries about videography when I got married and it’s why I work so hard to ensure you’ll forget why you felt so nervous in the first instance!

A Little About Me, Your Wedding Videographer!

My name is Charlene and I live in a lovely Lancashire town called Burscough, near Ormskirk.

After heading in to film and TV straight out of college it was editing my own wedding film that started me on this journey!  I’ve been creating wedding films for couples for over 10 years now and have a natural ability to anticipate those moments I know you’ll love to watch back. As well as taking pride in the personal and heart-felt experience for every couple should enjoy.

Being a friendly and passionate wedding videographer I LOVE going above and beyond for all my wonderful couples all over Lancashire and around the UK. From wedding advice and recommendations before the day, helping everyone with those pesky buttonholes through to keeping things calm and on schedule on your wedding day. I may film discreetly but I’m more than happy to step in when needed!

I really do like to live up to the hashtag one of my Groom’s gave me ‘more than a wedding videographer’.

I’ve included more about my film career and the fun story behind the name ‘Love Gets Sweeter’ on my About Me page so you can see if you’d like to hang out with me on your wedding day…

Natural and Fun Wedding Videography in Lancashire

Love Gets Sweeter Wedding Videography is all about standing out from the usual ‘traditional’ or ‘cinematic’ wedding films and videos.

It’s all about you and the people you love. Your personalities, your love, your connections and all the moments in-between. Seeing those back after the wedding will give you all the butterflies for years to come.

Real Moments Captured Discreetly – Honest and Natural Wedding Films

I’m always looking for those real moments you all have, the laughter, cheeky winks and smiles and the excitement you’re feeling.

I blend in like a friend who happens to have lots of experience with a camera, being super discreet and friendly allows me to capture those moments when everyone is relaxed and totally unaware.

Nothing about my style of wedding videography is posed or forced so there’s never pressure on you guys to ‘perform’ for my camera.

Below you can head to my Portfolio page to see the most popular wedding films. Or maybe you fancy hearing some reassuring words from other couples who had the same wedding video worries as you? Or maybe you want to get your hands on my wedding brochure to find out more about videography prices…?

Kath and Adam’s laid back Lancashire barn wedding at Wyresdale Park (near Preston) is perfect if you’d love to see a beautiful balance of fun and and emotion with a hint of romance.

With handmade, rustic details and elegant styling this wedding video is one to watch…

A really classic yet fun wedding video that includes cute dogs in bow ties, a beautiful church wedding ceremony in Great Harwood and then over to a fun-filled reception at Mitton Hall in the Ribble Valley.

They kept things classic and elegant with a white and pale lilac colour scheme.

Laura and Alex’s summer wedding at Thornton Manor’s Lakeside Marquee was full of pretty personal details and stunning styling!

But, it’s the love and laughter than make this wedding video the one to watch…

Shona and Mattijhs kept things classic with their beautiful, elegant summer wedding at Eaves Hall.

A stunningly simple wedding dress, cream and white flowers and traditional morning suits kept this classic but they put their own stamp on things with their fun and vibrant personalities that kept everyone laughing and smiling all day…

Lisa and Andy wanted to celebrate all things local with their wedding so along with choosing their local church in Burscough they also held their reception down the road at Briars Hall.

This is everything I love about weddings, totally fun yet laid back and enjoying celebrating with the people you love (complete with lots of entertaining surprises too!).
