BROWSHOLME HALL Wedding Videography

The Ribble Valley hosts numerous amazing wedding venues, from grand stately homes to more idyllic farm houses, you are really spoilt for choice. One of my personal favourites is Browsholme Hall! Not only is it steeped in family history (It is claimed to be the oldest surviving family home in Lancashire) but this Grade I listed building is an all rounder for that dream Lancashire countryside wedding.

Filming weddings at Browsholme Hall is always a pleasure. Not only is there something beautiful to film at every angle around the House, Barn and grounds but the team there really do work hard on ensuring you have the most wonderful day!

A little about me

Your Browsholme Hall Wedding Videographer!

My name is Charlene and I’m a wedding videographer living in West Lancashire who loves to film weddings at one of her FAVOURITE wedding venues!

As an experienced wedding videographer who’s been filming since 2010, it’s all about being discreet and friendly, blending in like a friend (who happens to have lots of experience with a camera). Allowing me to capture those moments you didn’t realise were being filmed.

I went in to the Film and TV industry straight out of college (you can find out more about that on my About Me page) but it was actually editing my own wedding film in 2009 that started me on my wedding videography journey!

What couples love about my film-making approach is the natural ability to anticipate those moments and connections on the day without you being aware I was filming. Friendly and discreet filming is key.

I really do like to live up to the hashtag one of my Groom’s gave me ‘more than a wedding videographer’.

The TITHE BARN AND COURTYARD

Browsholme Hall itself is stunning but the real show stopper is the Tithe Barn. I’ve had the pleasure of filming weddings at Browsholme Hall, with only 25 guests right up to over 100, and they really help them make the best use of the space.

Whether it’s a large celebration or a more intimate affair, I’ve the experience of filming different styles and sizes of weddings here so know how to work around the space well. If you’re blessed with the good weather, the courtyard is a wonderful space overlooking the rolling hills of the Ribble Valley countryside. But if you’re blessed with the usual Northern rainy weather, the barn and bar area gives a more cosy vibe.

Being experienced at this venue (and working in all weathers) I’m able to quickly adapt to the changing weather! It can really help your day run smoothly and you feel relaxed knowing I can help you tweak timelines to ensure you get time to enjoy the outside spaces around Browsholme Hall.

Filming at browsholme hall

Even if the rain stops you from having your outdoor ceremony by the Lilypond, they’ll always be an opportunity to sneak out with your photographer and videographer to capture some moments outside!

For some couples, it’s enough to enjoy some time around the Tithe Barn or the Main Hall. For others, a nice stroll around to the Lilypond not only gives you more options for couples portraits and candid moments together but it gives you a little breather from you guests. The perfect way to hit pause on your day and stop it from feeling like it’s going too fast!
